At The Heart Of What We Do

Bright Care aims to create an environment where employees can thrive and feel valued, underpinned by a culture of togetherness: sticking together, being together and supporting each other. We have three core values that reflect this ethos:

  • Looking In The Mirror. With courage and humility, we look in the mirror and take ownership of the strengths and weaknesses that we see in ourselves. We embrace the journey of learning and growing in our potential to ensure that we are always positioned for our greatest contribution.
  • Committing To Each Other’s Highest Good. With courage, we fight for each other’s highest possible good. We uncover and call out the potential in one another and lean into the honest conversations that help us to overcome any behaviours which could limit this potential.
  • Journeying Together United As One. With courage, we invest in long-term relationships where we work interdependently, knowing that our colleagues have our backs. We hold fast to the unwavering belief that together we will always prevail.

Discovering & Nurturing Talent

We believe that everyone can thrive in their roles if they are eager to learn and placed within the business to provide their greatest contribution. This is why we not only love discovering talented individuals, but also love to unlock their potential.

We always encourage our warm-hearted, joyful and determined team members to learn new skills, so they can grow and flourish as part of our team. What’s more, as a family-founded business, we want everyone to feel like they are gaining an extended family in Bright Care when they join our team.

That’s why our employees’ wellbeing is of the utmost importance to us, and why we offer competitive benefits and first-class training.

It continues to be my daily honour and privilege to work alongside such a committed and high-calibre team, and it’s exciting to see how we can continue to grow our positive company culture and ethos to even better benefit both the clients we care for, and the staff who work with us.”

Bright Care’s exceptional care
