Senior Leadership Team

Tim Cocking

Founder and Managing Director

Tim founded Bright Care in 2009, with a desire to build a company where people love what they do, love who they work with and believe in the business they work for. Inspired by the successes and challenges of a family journey to provide care for a much loved elderly family member Bright Care was founded.

The vision was that with the right foundations and resources in place, everyone can live out their later years, with peace, security and purpose, in the comfort of their own home. He opened many successful branches throughout Scotland before moving, with his wife and three daughters, to Surrey to establish Bright Care in England. As Founder and Managing Director, Tim works tirelessly to ensure Bright Care continues to deliver care at home as it should be.

Karen is so excited to be working to help train current and future generations of carers within Bright Care.

Karen is married with a daughter and fur baby. She loves movies, arts and crafts, holidays and enjoys family time and time with friends.
