The Live-in Carer role
A live-in care job includes assisting your client with personal care, taking medication, light housework, meal preparation, going on outings, providing ongoing companionship, offering genuine social support and writing daily reports, to keep the family informed about their loved one.
We offer salaried contracts where you will be directly employed by us. You will have a guaranteed working pattern with your matched regular client. You will receive paid, first-class training and ongoing development delivered by our Bright Care Training Academy.
As a Live-in Care Assistant at Bright Care, you will be able to choose from the following working patterns (inclusive of a 2-hour daily break):
- 1 week on/ 1 week off
- 2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off
A dedicated Care Manager will fully support you and help you thrive in your role and there are always opportunities for progression. We will review and upgrade your salary on a yearly basis, depending on performance.
Benefits include full training at our Bright Care Training Academy, a generous salary of ÂŁ910 per week, mileage paid at 30p per mile or public transport costs, funding support for SVQ qualifications, paid holidays and pension scheme.
