Bright Care Academy
Delivering first-class care provision training within an immersive and comprehensive learning environment.
Bright Care understands how the care industry works today and has created a thorough and unparalleled training programme which connects directly with the day-to-day requirements of caring for the elderly.
With a vibrant, fast-paced and blended-learning approach to both the practical and theoretical aspects of care provision, the Bright Care Academy is one of the most highly regarded in-house academies in the UK, and is open and completely free to all Bright Care staff as well as families of our elderly clients.
Building upon new methods and techniques, whilst also continually incorporating new health and social care standards, our team delivers a range of courses that foster and support our elite team of Bright Carers to deliver the best elderly care in the world. At the same time, families with senior loved ones can learn how to safely and correctly care for their family members.
We want everyone to thrive on their journey with Bright Care, and below you can find out more about our academy, our partnership with Fife College, and how to get involved.

The intensive face-to-face onboarding course covers everything from record keeping, medication, person-centred care, and confidentiality. The additional e-learning covers topics such as food hygiene and infection control. This blended-learning setup allows everyone's learning technique to play to their advantage.
Our subsequent and mandatory coaching and personal development sessions additionally allow Bright Carers to stay up to date with their skills and knowledge. Our team always feel empowered and equipped in their work.
We have two workshops available which are completely free and open to attend. How To Find Bright Care Academy
What Makes Bright Care Unique
We find joy in alleviating the stress and frustrations associated with sourcing quality care provision for family members, and empowering elderly people – who just need supporting – to live at home.
We are for self-funding families.
By strategically choosing not to engage with council services, it means we can offer a fully bespoke and premium service.
We provide a fully-managed service.
This means we take the stress out of managing care provision yourself, so you can spend more quality time as a family.
We are regulated.
This means we are regularly reviewed by the Care Inspectorate, the single regulatory body for social care services set up by the Scottish Government.
We go the whole way.
We don’t believe in remaining at home ‘for as long as possible’. Instead, with the right foundations and resources, we believe it possible for elderly people to live out their days with dignity and grace in the comfort of their own homes.
We focus on relationships.
With visits from two hours or more, we place huge importance on building quality and meaningful relationships. We know that having a consistent face is imperative to providing premium care.
We excel at supporting elderly people.
By only focusing on this group, we have become experts in elderly care.
