Bright Carers

Our first-class training programme provides an immersive and comprehensive learning environment for those seeking Care Assistant jobs.

Our initial training program equips our team with everything they need to know about delivering exceptional elderly care. The intensive face-to-face onboarding course covers everything from record keeping, medication, person-centred care, and confidentiality. Additional e-learning covers topics such as food hygiene and infection control.

Our subsequent and mandatory coaching and personal development sessions additionally allows our elite Care Assistants to stay up to date with their skills and knowledge, ensuring our team always feels empowered and well equipped in their work.

Office Roles

All office-based staff complete a business-wide onboarding programme led by members of the Senior Management Team. This two-week programme allows new members of staff to fully understand the business environment and covers vital business awareness including marketing, regulatory bodies and standards, systems and IT, financial acumen and customer service.

What makes Bright Care unique

We find joy in empowering elderly people, who need support to remain living at home.

We are for self-funding families.

By strategically choosing not to engage with council services, it means we can offer a fully bespoke and premium service.

We provide a fully-managed service.

This means we take the stress out of managing care provision yourself, so you can spend more quality time as a family.

We are regulated.

This means we are regularly reviewed by the Care Inspectorate in Scotland and the Care Quality Commission in England, the regulatory bodies for social care services.

We go the whole way.

We don’t believe in remaining at home ‘for as long as possible’. Instead, with the right foundations and resources, we believe it possible for elderly people to live out their days with dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

We focus on relationships.

With visits of two hours or more and the same constant Carers, we place huge importance on building quality and meaningful relationships.

We excel at supporting elderly people.

We have been providing elder care since 2009 and have the knowledge and experience to deliver truly exceptional care.

We take great pride in the positive feedback and reviews our Carers give us. Visit our Case Studies page to find out more or click the Indeed logo below.
