What does 24-hour in-home care involve?

Sometimes supporting the elderly in the home requires round the clock care and attention, particularly if it is not safe for them to be left alone even for a few minutes. Our 24-hour in-home care is provided by a regular team of people and a carer is awake and available throughout the night. Carers do not live in the house. 

As with all our care services, our 24-hour in-home care is provided by highly skilled professionals who have been hand-picked by us and have made it through our rigorous selection and training process. They know how to provide the comfort, security and companionship that your elderly loved ones require, day and night.

In-home care 24/7

Our 24-hour in-home care for the elderly is a reassuring alternative to sending your loved one into a care home. If they require around the clock care, a care home might be considered the easiest option, however 24-hour in-home care has a number of benefits:

How it works

  • Our 24-hour care is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
  • Our Bright Carers are on hand 24 hours a day. Shifts are usually divided into two 12-hours, or three 8-hours blocks attended by two or three carers.
  • Bright Carers do not require living arrangements on the premises.
  • Care is carefully set up and managed by your appointed Care Manager.
  • Our Care Managers are always available to handle any emergency situations.
