We deliver fully managed care to self-funding clients

Bright Care is not a care solutions agency, we are a family-founded care company. We deliver high-quality private care to self-funding clients and our flexible care packages are tailored to individual needs.

Our carers bring joy and purpose into people’s later lives through building meaningful relationships with their clients. All of our exceptionally well-trained Bright Carers are employed by us. This way we ensure that our care services are delivered by the same, small consistent team of trusted carers which allows for consistency.

Bright Care offers fully-managed in-home care, we are not a care agency

Agency care

Most care solutions agencies use a bank of agency staff to create a care package.
Even the best paying care agencies cannot offer their carers regular hours with the same clients.
Home care agencies have no obligation to provide training and they only introduce self-employed carers to their clients.
Introductory home care agencies are cheaper than fully managed care providers, because they are not regulated by the national care regulatory bodies.
When an agency carer is introduced to a client, it is the family who have a legal contract with them and who have full ownership of the services’ management.
Agency carers might be registered with multiple agencies at the same time.

Fully managed care

At Bright Care all of our carers are employed by us and we never use agency staff to create a care package.
We give all our employees competitive rates of pay, plus benefits and regular clients.
We deliver first-class training and our carers have a team of office-based support staff who assist our care team every step of the way.
All of our fully-managed care services are regulated by the Care Inspectorate in Scotland, and the Care Quality Commission in England.
Our care services are fully managed and we take great care in matching all our clients with the carer that is right for them.
All our Bright Carers are hand-picked by us and go through our market leading training programme at the Bright Care Training Academy. They are also subject to the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme in Scotland or Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) compliancy in England.
