Bright Care is a homecare company with a difference. We take great pride in offering high-end care to self-funding clients in their later years. Our exceptional carers deliver visiting, live-in or overnight care, and each homecare solution is tailored made for our client’s specific care needs. 

We are not a homecare agency. All of our exceptional carers are employed directly by us, we offer them competitive rates of pay, plus benefits and on-going support from a Care Manager so they can deliver the very best care. We take great pride in matching our well-trained carers with the needs of our clients. Ensuring each match can evolve over time into a meaningful relationship, allowing your loved ones to continue living in the comfort of their own home whilst retaining independence and dignity.

Bright care offers a fully-managed homecare solution. Homecare agencies however, will introduce a family to a carer, but it is the family who has the legal contract with the carer and who has full ownership of the services’ management.This means it is the family’s responsibility to find cover for holidays and sick leave. If the carer leaves, the family will need to begin the process again.

All our Bright Carers are hand-picked by us and go through our market leading training programme at the Bright Care Training Academy. Those based in Scotland undergo a Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check or for those based in England they are Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) compliant.
