Bright Care offers high-quality, self-funded and fully-managed private home care services and private live-in care for the elderly. As a family-founded private care company, we train and employ our Care Assistants. We are not a private care agency, this is because all our staff are employees and not temporary agency staff.

Our exceptional private home care services

The award-winning, private daytime home care, live-in care and overnight care services we offer our self-funding clients are all delivered by our well-trained Care Assistants. Each client is appointed a Care Manager, who will considerately match them with a suitable Carer. This matching process means that as well as high-quality care, our clients benefit from companionship in the form of a meaningful relationship.

As a fully-managed home care service provider, we can give you the peace of mind, knowing that your elderly loved ones are well taken care of. We do all the hard work for you, in recruiting, vetting, training and managing our Care Assistants. If you are considering employing your own private carer, here is our guide to what is involved.

Our private home care services include:

  • Consistent companionship (reading the newspaper, playing games, taking exercise)
  • Support with outings (grocery food shopping, hospital appointments, walks)
  • Help around the house (laundry, vacuuming, dusting)
  • Home-based activities (cooking, baking, gardening)
  • Support at social events (family gatherings, clubs, religious services)
  • Personal hygiene (assistance with washing and getting dressed)
  • Health and well-being (support with medications and exercise)
  • Personal administration (help with forms, letters, paying bills)

As a private care company, we believe in looking after our staff, giving all our employees a competitive rate of pay, plus benefits, such as a pension scheme, paid mileage and paid holidays. Our exceptional Care Assistants undergo a rigorous recruitment process, extensive interview and training at our market-leading Bright Care Training Academy.

Our Care Assistants are supported by our office-based team, so there is always someone on hand to assist them with their vitally important role of delivering private live-in care and private home care.
