We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Bright Care has positioned in The Sunday Times Best Small Companies To Work For list for 2018!

Now in its 18th year, the notable and distinguished list showcases top businesses from across the UK. With extensive feedback from nearly 440,000 employees, it’s a huge tribute to Bright Care. On top of this, we are the highest-ranking care provider on the list, and our win follows the receipt of a 2-star accreditation in the annual Best Companies survey.

A word from Tim

Tim Cocking, Bright Care’s Managing Director said:

“Making it onto the Sunday Times list of 100 Best Small Companies to Work For is an amazing achievement which we are all to be so proud of. It continues to be my daily honour and privilege to work alongside such a committed and high-calibre team, and it’s exciting to see how we can continue to grow our positive company culture and ethos to even better benefit both the clients we care for, and the staff who work with us.”

Bright Care’s exceptional care

To ensure exceptional care is delivered to our clients, we always nurture and develop our staff, and only look to employ exceptional people. All new care workers receive three days of fully paid training, we run an ‘employee of the month’ award, host regular check-ins and aim to bring out the very best in our staff. We really are an employer of choice in the care sector.

This has additional benefits too. It means we feel confident at Bright Care in providing first-class, exceptional care to our clients. We realise the clear link between a valued workforce and the quality of care provision. It’s something we’re hugely proud of.
