September, one of our clients Cath, along with her carer Keira, attended a day time disco in Glasgow’s West end.
The disco was held in the Sanctuary night club and was hosted by Weekday Wow factor, which you may have recently seen on STV news.

Increasing Physical activity and social contacts are some of the lifestyle changes which help to prevent Dementia…. Lancet July 2017”
Weekday wow factor play host to a great many fun activities and we cannot wait to see what adventures Cath and our other clients get into going forward.
