2025 has been another tremendous year for Bright Care in so many ways and I am incredibly grateful to all our employees and clients for their continued trust and support.
This year, we have continued to welcome new team members, open new branches and had the privilege of serving even more customers. Each milestone is a testament to the dedication, compassion and professionalism that define the Bright Care team.
As the year draws to a close, I find myself reflecting with deep gratitude, both for the meaningful work we get to do and for the people who make it all possible. There have been many moments to celebrate, and Iโm delighted to share some of my own highlights from this remarkable year:
- Our first annual Bright Care Awards Ceremony
- Setting up even more respite care at home to give loved ones a break from their regular care commitments
- Supporting Richard and Eleanor on their holiday in Edinburgh while on holiday from Australia
- Our Annual Loch Tay Get Away
- Opening a new Branch in Chichester
- Launching the Bright Care Hallmark of Excellence training programme
As ever, I remain deeply committed to building a company where great people come together in great teams, working as one with purpose and unity. When we keep getting this right, weโre able to offer families our distinctive approach to care. In-home care delivered with excellence, pride and with a heartfelt focus on bringing joy to the later years of our customers.
On behalf of everyone at Bright Care, I wish you a very happy Christmas and my warmest best wishes for 2026.
