Tell us a bit about yourself and your role in Bright Care

I recently took on the role of Branch Manager for our new Chichester branch. I have 18 years of experience in the care sector, primarily working in care homes and specialising in supporting people living with dementia. Throughout my career, I’ve gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of later life care.

What do you think makes Bright Care different from other care providers?

I joined Bright Care because I was drawn to its unique approach, which prioritises building meaningful relationships and providing companionship with our clients. I believe this focus allows us to truly get to know our clients and form strong bonds as we support them. As a manager, when signing up a client, I will remain with them throughout their journey with Bright Care, ensuring they receive a fully managed service. Our care is tailored to the individual, and we really get to know not just the clients but also their families.

How have you seen Bright Care make a difference?

During my time with Bright Care, I have had the pleasure of meeting some truly wonderful and interesting individuals, many of whom have flourished once receiving companionship from our fabulous care team.

What are you most excited about with our new Chichester branch?

I am really excited to bring a different type of care to Chichester, one that focuses on spending time with clients and ensuring their later years are both fun and comfortable.

Tell us a bit about yourself and your role in Bright Care

I have worked in the home care industry for 5 years. I began as a carer and then moved into finance. I joined Bright Care as a Care Manager and I am really enjoying working in the new Chichester branch.

What do you think makes Bright Care different from other care providers?

Bright Care is different from other home care providers as we are for self funding families only, based on companionship visits that range from two hours or more offering a premium service that is tailored to the needs of each individual we support. We are with our customers from the start of their journey, providing continuity every step of the way.

How have you seen Bright Care make a difference?

I have seen how Bright Care has made a difference to the people we support as well as their families. Bright Care provides high quality care that ensures the safety and security of families loved ones as well as putting their minds at ease with the continuity of care being provided from Bright carers. Bright Care provides a minimum of 2 hour visits which allows time for carers to be able to make special relationships with the individuals they are supporting as well as being able to provide the best high quality care.

What are you most excited about with our new Chichester branch?

I am most excited about growing the Chichester branch and welcoming new employees and customers on board. I am excited for Bright Care to provide a different type of care within the Chichester and surrounding areas.

About Bright Care Chichester

Our home care services are available throughout Chichester and the surrounding areas, including East Lavant, Halnaker, Boxgrove, Tangmere, Westhampnett, Oving, Aldingbourne, Colworth, Hunston, South Mundham, Dell Quay, Bosham, West Ashling, and Fishbourne.

At Bright Care, we focus on providing tailored support for self funding families. This approach helps us attract carers who are dedicated to building real relationships, not just completing a list of tasks.

Every carer is professionally trained at The Bright Care Academy. This means theyโ€™re equipped not only with practical care skills, but also with a deep understanding of how to support people with respect, communicate clearly and recognise changes in wellbeing. We invest in their training so you can feel confident in the quality of care your loved one receives.

Our visits start from two hours. This gives our carers time to have a conversation, share a cup of tea and get to know their clients as well as take them out and about. We offer consistency, so your loved one sees the same familiar faces.

You can see the difference this makes in our Google reviews. Our families describe the peace of mind they experience knowing their loved one is safe, happy and genuinely cared for. They share how they can finally be a daughter or son again, not just an exhausted carer and how their loved one’s mood, engagement and quality of life have transformed.

We provide a fully managed service, helping with everything from care planning and admin to day-to-day routines. Whether you need dementia care at home, live-in care, help after a hospital stay, or regular companionship, Bright Care will tailor a package that meets your needs and puts your loved oneโ€™s wellbeing first.

If you’re looking for trusted, fully regulated, high-quality elderly care with a team that values both skill and genuine connection, Bright Care is here to help.
