Areas We Serve

Our services are available throughout Cranleigh and the surrounding areas, including Haslemere, Shalford, Wonersh, Dunsfold, Chiddingfold, Loxwood, Peaslake, Ockley, Elstead, Fernhurst and Churt. If you’re not sure whether we can help in your area, feel free to get in touch.

Hours Of Operation

Our Cranleigh office is open Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm.  From 5pm – 9pm we have a reduced team available on the same contact number. Outwith these times we have an on-call system, so there is always someone available to speak to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our Home Care Services

We’re acutely aware that one of the biggest cruelties at this time is the way in which loved ones are being kept apart when they need each other the most. So we can continue to support local families, we’re currently offering our daytime, two-hour visiting care at per-hour rates and without the requirement of a ten-hour minimum.

Visiting Care

Visiting care during the day is perfect for those who just need that extra little bit of support to live at home. Our visits are for two hours or more at a time, and for ten hours or more per week. We find this allows long-lasting and meaningful relationships to form. This care can happen between 7am and 10pm, seven days a week.

Live-In Care

This is when one of our Bright Carers lives in your loved one’s house full-time. They are on-hand to assist with all activities of daily living during both the day and overnight. When the level of support required reaches a certain degree, it may make both financial and practical sense to look into live-in care, especially as an alternative to a care home.

Overnight Care

This is the reassuring presence of one of our Bright Carers throughout the night. Our overnight care can be purchased in a block of 10 overnight services and runs from 10pm to 7am.

Call Out & Emergency Service

An assurance that we are always available is one of the reasons why our clients and their families feel confident and comfortable working alongside us. For our clients, we have team members available 24 hours a day via our dedicated call-out phone number.

Welcome Home Service

It’s important to have a warm welcoming home to return to after a hospital stay. For clients returning from a stay in hospital, we ensure all of the important jobs are taken care of: from a lift home, to unpacking bags, taking care of laundry, light housekeeping, shopping and meal preparation.

Additional Care

If you’re a family member or a carer and for some reason your loved one requires more care during a particular time (for example, you’re a part-time carer or you’re going on holiday), a bank of 10 hours can be purchased to top up your regular care with us.

What Our Clients Say

Exceptional Company

Bright Care have been caring for my parents on a daily basis for the past year now. They have been absolutely wonderful and the level of care they provide is as good as it gets. It is clear that it is more than just a job to the Bright Carers as their attention to detail is a credit to them all. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They have played a vital role in allowing my parents to remain in their own home.

Providers Of Excellent Carers

We have been working with Bright Care for about eight months providing care for my mother. I can highly recommend them. They are friendly, professional and the carers they have sent us over the months have been lovely. They are very adaptable with last minute requests and have made the whole process very easy. Thank you for providing such a great service.

What Makes Us Unique

We are for self-funding families.

By strategically choosing not to engage with council services, it means we can offer a fully bespoke and premium service.

We provide a fully-managed service.

This means we take the stress out of managing care provision yourself, so you can spend more quality time as a family.

We are regulated.

This means we are regularly reviewed by the Care Quality Commission, the single regulatory body for social care services set up by the English Government.

We go the whole way.

We don’t believe in remaining at home ‘for as long as possible’. Instead, with the right foundations and resources, we believe it possible for elderly people to live out their days with dignity and grace in the comfort of their own homes.

We focus on relationships.

With visits from two hours or more, we place huge importance on building quality and meaningful relationships. We know that having a consistent face is imperative to providing premium care.

We excel at supporting seniors.

By only focusing on the over 65s, we have become experts in senior care.
