Hourly Daytime Care
Visiting care during the day is perfect for those who need some extra support to live at home. Our visits start from two hours or more and this care can happen between 7am and 10pm, seven days a week.
Live-In Care
When the support required exceeds around 6-8 hours per day, our live-in care is a great option. A carer is on-hand to help, day and night.
Overnight Care
Where care is required throughout the night, our overnight Carers can provide a reassuring presence from 10pm to 7am.
Call Out & Emergency Service
Included in our care package for all clients, we have team members available 24 hours a day via our dedicated call-out phone number. This service provides peace of mind as we will attend to any situation, day or night.
Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care
Our highly trained Bright Carers are experts in caring for people living with Dementia and Alzheimers. Remaining at home, in familiar surroundings with regular routines can reduce stress and anxiety.

Visits from two hours to live in care
We provide visits of two hours or longer with the same regular carers. This keeps companionship, meaningful relationships and genuine human connection at the core of everything we do. Local branches, local managers & local carers
Our local branches are run by locally based care managers who hire locally based carers. We can respond quickly to issues on the ground with our clients and ensure our carers are superbly supported – offering a truly personalised service.

We have a dedicated in-person training facility. Every Bright Carer begins their employment here, receiving first class, hands-on onboarding from our training team. Our branch teams handle every aspect of carer management, logistics, ongoing administration and paperwork throughout the journey of care. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission in England and the Care Inspectorate in Scotland, who regulate and inspect care services. All of our branches are independently rated ‘Very Good’ or ‘Excellent’ by our regulators.

A care home is a residential home that offers personal care, meals and accommodation specifically designed for the elderly, especially those with complex medical conditions, mental or learning disabilities. Although you have your own room within a care home, it is much more structured with organised meal times, activities and allocated visiting times.
There is not the same level of independence, privacy or dignity offered with at-home care.
How do you know when a loved one needs care?
