Hours of Operation
Our Broughty Ferry office is open Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm. From 5pm-9pm we have a reduced team available on the same contact number. Outwith these times we have an on-call system, so there is always someone available to speak to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our Care Services
Visiting Care
Visiting care during the day is perfect for those who just need that extra little bit of support to live at home. Our visits are for two hours or more at a time, and for fourteen hours or more per week. We find that this allows long-lasting and meaningful relationships to form. This care can happen between 7am and 10pm, seven days a week.
Live-In Care
This is when one of our carers lives in the house with your loved one full-time. They are on-hand to assist with all activities of daily living during both the day and overnight. When the support required reaches a certain level, it may make both financial and practical sense to look into live-in care, especially as an alternative to a care home.
Overnight Care
This is the reassuring presence of one of our carers throughout the night. Our overnight care runs from 10pm to 7am.
Call Out & Emergency Service
An assurance that we are always available is one reason why our clients and their families feel confident and comfortable working alongside us. For our clients, we have team members available 24 hours a day via our dedicated call-out phone number.
Welcome Home Service
It’s important to have a warm welcoming home to return to after a hospital stay. For clients returning from a stay in hospital, we ensure all of the important jobs are taken care of, from a lift home, to unpacking bags, taking care of laundry, light housekeeping, shopping and meal preparation.
Additional Care
If you’re a family member or a carer and for some reason your loved one requires more care during a particular time (for example, you’re a part-time carer or you’re going on holiday), we are always right there for you and can step up whenever you need us for as long as required.
What Our Clients Say
Exceptional Company
Bright Care have been caring for my parents on a daily basis for the past year now. They have been absolutely wonderful and the level of care they provide is as good as it gets. It is clear that it is more than just a job to the Bright Carers as their attention to detail is a credit to them all. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They have played a vital role in allowing my parents to remain in their own home.
Providers Of Excellent Carers
We have been working with Bright Care for about eight months providing care for my mother. I can highly recommend them. They are friendly, professional and the carers they have sent us over the months have been lovely. They are very adaptable with last minute requests and have made the whole process very easy. Thank you for providing such a great service.
