Our services are available throughout all the major towns and smaller villages in Stirling, Bridge of Allan and some parts of Clackmannanshire too. Hours of operation

Our team is available from 9am to 9pm. Outside these times we have an on-call system, so there is always someone available to speak to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Natalie Collins

Registered Branch Manager

Natalie joined the Bright Care team in January 2016 as a Care Manager; she has a keen interest and experience in dementia, palliative and end-of-life care. Previous roles include team leader of a specialised dementia unit, visiting officer and home carer. Natalie graduated in 2012 with a BA degree in Education and Social Services from the University of Strathclyde and has a PDA in Health and Social Care supervision.

Natalie is now our Stirling Branch Manager.

Dawn Perrie

Care Manager

Dawn comes from a nursing background. She has a Diploma in Higher Education in Adult Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies in Nursing. Dawn has worked in the health care industry for twenty years and has worked in the NHS and private sector. During her career, Dawn has mostly cared for elderly people and those with dementia and she finds it really rewarding.
Dawn lives in Stirling with her husband and two daughters, enjoys spending time with her family and friends and enjoys travelling.

Our elderly home care services

Hourly Daytime Care

Visiting care during the day is perfect for those who  need some extra support to live at home. Our visits start from  two hours or more and this care can happen between 7am and 10pm, seven days a week.

Live-In Care

When the support required exceeds around 6-8 hours per day, our live-in care is a great option. A carer is on-hand to help, day and night.

Overnight Care

Where care is required throughout the night, our overnight Carers can provide a reassuring presence from 10pm to 7am.

Call Out & Emergency Service

Included in our care package  for all clients, we have team members available 24 hours a day via our dedicated call-out phone number. This service provides peace of mind as we will attend to any situation, day or night.

Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care

Our highly trained Bright Carers are experts in caring for people living with Dementia and Alzheimers. Remaining at home, in familiar surroundings with regular routines can reduce stress and anxiety.
