Michelle Murilllo

Care Manager

Michelle has worked with BrightCare since 2019 as a carer. She very much enjoyed being a carer and loved what BrightCare stands for. Michelle was drawn to Bright Care as we promote independence and enable clients to stay in their own home. When the opportunity to join the office staff as Care Manager came up, Michelle jumped at the chance to further her career and give continued support to the clients and their families.

Kerry Clark

Care Manager

Kerry joined the team in 2017 as a carer. She already worked as carer for 10 years before, both for an agency and privately for a nice lady. She loved from the very beginning the Bright Care way of taking care of clients. After doing an outstanding job as a Bright Carer, she has become one of our Care Managers in April 2019.

Lee Mill

Care Manager

Lee joined Bright Care in June 2019, to pursue a career where she could both gain job satisfaction and make a difference to people's lives. She has recently been offered the opportunity to take on a more expansive role as Care Manager in the Broughty Ferry branch and she’s very excited to learn all aspects of the care sector. She lives with her husband, three children and an overexcited Cavachon, Maisie. Her hobbies are playing bingo and spending time with her family.

Rachael Moir

Care Manager

Rachael has been with Bright Care since February 2020 employed as a live-in Carer. She recently joined the office team as a Care Manager. Rachael was drawn to Bright Care after reading about their values and their approach to care for the elderly. The minimum two hour visits in particular stood out as an amazing way to build good relationships with clients. In her spare time, Rachael loves the garden and spending time with her grandson.

Visiting care during the day is perfect for those who  need some extra support to live at home. Our visits start from  two hours or more and this care can happen between 7am and 10pm, seven days a week.

Live-In Care

When the support required exceeds around 6-8 hours per day, our live-in care is a great option. A carer is on-hand to help, day and night.

Overnight Care

Where care is required throughout the night, our overnight Carers can provide a reassuring presence from 10pm to 7am.

Call Out & Emergency Service

Included in our care package  for all clients, we have team members available 24 hours a day via our dedicated call-out phone number. This service provides peace of mind as we will attend to any situation, day or night.

Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care

Our highly trained Bright Carers are experts in caring for people living with Dementia and Alzheimers. Remaining at home, in familiar surroundings with regular routines can reduce stress and anxiety.

What our clients say

Absolutely wonderful

“Bright Care have been caring for my parents on a daily basis for the past year now. They have been absolutely wonderful and the level of care they provide is as good as it gets. It is clear that it is more than just a job to the Bright Carers as their attention to detail is a credit to them all. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They have played a vital role in allowing my parents to remain in their own home.”

Jim Jones

They have made the whole process very easy

“We have been working with Bright Care for about eight months providing care for my mother. I can highly recommend them. They are friendly, professional and the carers they have sent us over the months have been lovely. They are very adaptable with last minute requests and have made the whole process very easy. Thank you for providing such a great service.”
