Our Elderly Home Care Services
Visiting Care
Visiting care during the day is perfect for those who just need that extra little bit of support to live at home. Our visits are for two hours or more which we find allows long-lasting and meaningful relationships to form. This care can happen between 7am and 10pm, seven days a week.
Live-In Care
This is when one of our carers lives in the house with your loved one full-time. They are on-hand to assist with all activities of daily living during both the day and overnight. When the support required reaches a certain level, it may make both financial and practical sense to look into live-in care, especially as an alternative to a care home.
Overnight Care
This is the reassuring presence of one of our carers throughout the night. Our overnight care runs from 10pm to 7am.
Call Out & Emergency Service
An assurance that we are always available is one reason why families feel confident and comfortable working alongside us. Included in our care offer for all our existing clients, we have team members available 24 hours a day via our dedicated call-out phone number.
Welcome Home Service
It’s important to have a warm welcoming home to return to after a hospital stay. For clients returning from a stay in hospital, we ensure all of the important jobs are taken care of, from a lift home, to unpacking bags, taking care of laundry, light housekeeping, shopping and meal preparation.
Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care
Dementia care is a huge part of our service and we pride ourselves in being experts in this field. Our in-home care enables elderly loved ones with dementia to continue flourishing in their familiar surroundings, by receiving the undivided support of our exceptionally trained care team.
What Our Clients Say
Home Care With Dementia
My wife has been receiving dementia care from Bright Care for two years, progressing to live-in care for the past six months. At all times her carers have been extremely concerned that she had the highest quality of life possible, sourcing activities in which she could take part, accompanying her to Ballet and Opera programmes, at all times patient, understanding, going not only the extra mile, but many more. We, as a family, could not without their excellent care have kept her at home in familiar surroundings, for which we are immensely grateful. Many many thanks Bright Care.
Above And Beyond
I engaged Bright Care just before the Coronavirus restrictions started to provide additional support to my mother. I have been very impressed with both the management’s approach and that of individual carers. Their anticipation of issues, responsiveness and genuine care has been much appreciated during difficult times. Thank you.
