At Bright Care, we aim to create a solution to the ultimate dream: that with the right foundations and resources, every elderly person can live out their later years, with dignity, security, and purpose, in the comfort of their own homes.

Our Highlands office is overseen by our registered manager, Aga Gorak, who nurtures a committed and cohesive team of professionals who are all dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer service and care.

Our office is situated in Daviot Wood. With our extensive parking, and a kettle that’s always on, it’s easy to access and always ready to accept visitors. Feel free to pop in for a visit anytime.

Hours of Operation

Our Inverness office is open Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm.  From 5pm – 9pm we have a reduced team available to you on the same contact number.  Out with these times we have an on call system, so there is always someone available to speak to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our Services

Visiting Care

Visiting care during the day is perfect for those who just need that extra little bit of support to live at home. Our visits are for two hours or more at a time, and for ten hours or more per week. We find that this allows long-lasting and meaningful relationships to form. This care can happen between 7am and 10pm, seven days a week.

Live-In Care

This is when one of our carers lives in the house with your loved one full-time. They are on-hand to assist with all activities of daily living during both the day and overnight. When the support required reaches a certain level, it may make both financial and practical sense to look into live-in care, especially as an alternative to a care home.

Overnight Care

This is the reassuring presence of one of our carers throughout the night. Our overnight care runs from 10pm to 7am.

Call Out & Emergency Service

An assurance that we are always available is one reason why our clients and their families feel confident and comfortable working alongside us. For our clients, we have team members available 24 hours a day via our dedicated call-out phone number.

Welcome Home Service

It’s important to have a warm welcoming home to return to after a hospital stay. For clients returning from a stay in hospital, we ensure all of the important jobs are taken care of: from a lift home, to unpacking bags, taking care of laundry, light housekeeping, shopping and meal preparation.

Additional Care

If you’re a family member or a carer and for some reason your loved one requires more care during a particular time (for example, you’re a part-time carer or you’re going on holiday), a bank of 10 hours can be purchased to top up your regular care with us.

Care Manager

Aga joined Bright Care in 2013 as a care supervisor before becoming Care Manager in our Perth branch. We're delighted that Aga can now lead our latest branch in the Highlands.
